Client Agreement

The fee for the 121 Coaching will be charged:

- On a monthly basis, in advance of that month’s payment for £300 on a recurring billing cycle. Refunds will not be given once a service has commenced.

Payments are processed through Square or Via Bank Standing Order.

- If Develop U ceases to operate or discontinues 121 Coaching services, clients will receive all sessions paid for, and no further services will be provided.

- Clients paying monthly may cancel 1 full month before their next billing date. E.g., if the billing date is 1st March, the client may cancel on or before 1st February. If cancellation is made after 1st February, then the final payment will be due on 1st March, and 121 Coaching will end on 31st March.

- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to: info@developucoach.com at least 1 full month before the next billing cycle.

As part of the 121 Coaching service, clients will have access to:

- 4 x 60-minute Coaching sessions (or, less frequently, longer sessions totalling 4 hours per month). Clear focus: clarity → confidence → direction.

- Light accountability Whatsapp support (weekly check-ins between Monday and Friday or voice notes).

- Discounted Online Develop U Personal Development Courses (Up to 50% off).

- A private Facebook group (community support, networking, promotions)

- Access to 121 Workbooks, PDP templates, and other resources such as Webinars and free Masterclasses.

Termination of this agreement may occur at Develop U's discretion. If the client adheres to these terms and Develop U maintains professional standards, 121 Coaching will continue. Reasons for termination include:

- Failure to make payments as agreed.

- Violation of Terms & Conditions.

- Disrespectful behaviour towards Develop U employees.

- Lack of engagement or inaction regarding progress. In this instance, both parties will discuss and come to an agreement.

All discussions within Develop U 121 Coaching sessions or as part of any social media group and other member spaces are confidential and will not be disclosed externally, except in cases involving illegal, unethical, potential mental health risks, or criminal activities.

The Coaching methods provided by Develop U do not guarantee results. The client agrees that outcomes depend on their own implementation and efforts. Develop U is not liable for any outcomes resulting from advice given through 121 Coaching or any other activity undertaken through Develop U.
