You can book a FREE, no-obligation 30-minute discovery call to determine what support is required and ensure we are a good fit for each other. This is so important when embarking on any coach/coachee relationship!
A 30-minute Discovery call includes:

Light accountability check-ins (voice notes or other formats, depending on requirements)

Access to discounted courses
Flexi 'one-off' sessions involve a deep-dive session, and the coachee would normally have a starting point that needs to be advanced. Pre-meeting questionnaires guide these sessions.
Intensive personal development planning services:

A bespoke, accelerated, intensive personal development planning programme, including coaching.
